They rebuilt my tranny using old parts that failed. After going back three times to get it fixed it’s now making a wining sound as slow down to stop. I won’t bother going back to them. I’ll just spend the money and have another shop fix it.

I knew my Allison transmission was due for a rebuild, on my way to work it just stopped working and was leaking oil. I brought it to Benz for a rebuild, they called and said they found a crack in the spin on oil filter and it was low 4 liters! after they filled it up it was working fine. I appreciated the honesty and decided to have the transmission done anyway for peace of mind (320k) with a tuner. I have a 1 year warranty and hope the tranny performs well. overall great service so far.
