We came in knowing what we were looking for. Having a look at their selection, we were quite surprised with their choices of used are almost bran new cars. The prices are very good and competitive, and the cars are very well dressed up to show their full potential. We didn't know the company before, but we felt comfortable from the beginning. No pressure and GREAT service, you can't go wrong with them. We are very happy with our purchase, 2015 Chrysler 200S, fully equipped!
I came in to buy a 14 genesis coupe, the price was fair, however I would like to advise others and bring attention to a couple concerns when the car was delivered. I came in to check on the vehicle once the safety (MPI)has been completed, and it showed that it had passed on paper with no issues. However after I brought the car home, the rear tail light was not working, along with one marker light in the front and also a license plate light bulb. Also the safety inspection sheet given to me was not even for my car! (Gave me wrong paper work once I got home)Another issue included a front window tint which was not removed, or notified within the inspection(?) Obviously these are minor fixes, ( and solved by the dealer )however such issues should not have passed safety. Another note would be some miscommunication, among the two sales men I dealt with. One initially promised to completely get rid of all the rock chips and minor rust among the rear body panel, however that was not done. They DID however get some of the rock chips with touch up paint which was good, just not all the spots as promised. Overall, I would say the price of the car itself was fair, but I would STRONGLY recommend having another trusted mechanic inspect the cars. Driving with a front window tint, or having no rear tail light, and license plate light could land you a ticket (which wouldn't be fun) or possibly a safety risk too.
I wanted to provide a good review for the Kings of cars for providing me with an excellent deal with my Toyota corolla. The car is great, I have no complaints about the vehicle, price, finance anything. I do however give them a decent review for their customer service. I think they are a bit understaffed maybe because it's a family business but overall would recommend.
Awesome dealership, just came down to test drive their Hyundai elantras and genesis. They had about 6 elatras and 2 genesis, which they let me test drive like 5 cars and I thought it was very nice of them to allow me to do that. I ended up buying a blue elantra and they financed me and I was in and out of there in a couple hours, icbc agent was standing by all in all a great experience and I would recommend to anyone that wanted to find a car to come to king of cars.
I have never written a review for a car dealer before, but after buying a car from King Of Cars BC, I just had to. This car lot offers options that range from small economical cars to SUVs, and shopping here was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had purchasing a car. The customer service here is outstanding. Customer service doesn't exist anymore, but guess what? It does at King of Cars! When I first drove onto the lot, I was approached by Matt, and I believe his name was Yaz. These are two of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I felt so comfortable right away. They were attentive to my needs and budget, and Jacob in the finance department was awesome! The employees here seem to really love their jobs because the Manager, Ali creates a family like atmosphere that is contagious. I left smiling.
