We’ve bought a number of accessorie for our road bikes along with clothing and a trainer here. Every time we go in the staff are helpful and give us good advice. Alicia and Kevin, in particular have been very helpful. They remember us by name along with what we have previously purchased and have helped us build our kit out.

I brought my daughter's bike into their repair shop and received a quote from one of the bike technicians to fix it. When I returned to have the work done on the bike a different technician was working and he told me a different price that was three times the original amount quoted by the previous tech. I spoke to the manger about my concerns with the inconsistent pricing and their service. The manager had no empathy and said their was nothing he could do. I wouldn't recommend this bike shop to anyone because of their poor customer service.
