Company also rents boats under the name of Okanagan Boat Rentals. In that business they failed to pay back the refundable damage deposit of $1500 they took on day 1 of the rental despite saying they would several times.
Finally got my money back but only via Visa intervention, Not a happy customer.
BTW, the boat was hardly first class. Caveat emptor!
