UPS has a change delivery option on the ups app.I wanted to expedite my parcel and don't mind paying extra.I hit the change date and payed a small fee.A little bit later a get a call from a subservient. She explains about how a package from Ontario takes time..Like I'm some moron who has no comprehension. I explain how I want it here asap and ill pay whatever the cost.She says there IS no way to get it here quicker. YOU DELIVER PACKAGES!YOU EVEN HAD AN OPTION ON THE UPS APP!!!
