    They were very responsive and had our Zimbra migrated to Office 365 with our 50 accounts in 3 day's. We had other companies give us 4 weeks minimum for the transition. Also we had like zero down time for the transition of email, my boss was really impressed with that. Very friendly staff and resources, also I called in the middle of the night and got response which was impressive.

    Beware

    Hired these guys to evaluate two offices, one with Apple computers and one with PCs. They pretty much did not even go into systems and barely recorded any system data, just untrue statements. After having other IT companies verify the report made by IT North we now realize they were most likely trying to get us to dump all of our gear and purchase all new gear from them. Nice way to make money. I would not recommend their service to anyone, if fact I will warn anyone and everyone we know.

    We were a 3rd party IT company that was hired to do an assessment of the current network and make recommendations. We were not hired to replace any equipment nor were we awarded any contract do so after the fact. We did our utmost to provide a comprehensive review of the organizations total IT position to best move the company forward with a divided Apple and PC network. We got a glowing letter of recommendation from the company owners for doing the assessment also.
