If you choose to hire this crew, make sure you have a clear understanding of what they mean by details - do they move wheeled carts to vacuum under them, do they have the same understanding of what a clean floor means, do they intend to clean only the inside of the toilets, do they vacuum and lift floor mats to vacuum and wash under them, do they plan to clean the windows, ever . . . these are all things I though we had ironed out with Fernando but, over the course of nearly a year we had to continually point out deficiencies and in one instance completely re-do the cleaning ourselves. He is also loathe to sign or enter into a formal contract and seems to think that his services should be paid for in advance. I found this service unreliable and inconsistent - customer satisfaction was definitely not a high priority for Fernando with us.

It's all about the Details- This term reflects the task at hand and contents or expectation . We at Wall to Wall cleaning work hand in hand in all situations and are limited to cleaning schedule.This location Chemainus Dental choose once a week cleaning schedule instead of two min or more.The Office owner had open terms -No Contract- and could end the service at any time.Our Service cleaned this location for over a YEAR. Some concerns we had were their lack of cleaning from staff in our between days of our service.One major issue was they refused to have their own mats sanitized ,we noted that they had Silver Fish through out the office, this had occurred because the mats were Damp and not Sanitized ( that's how they populate )and must be sent out to a cleaning service that provides a change out system- BUT THEY REFUSED -. Wall to Wall cleaning has full rights to Refuse service if standards are not followed or met for the Health and Safety to our staff. Fernando Owner/Operator
