Very poor experience. I do not recommend at all. There are other excellent stores nearby with similar products.
Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas. Il y a d'autres excellents magasins à proximité avec des produits similaires.
1. Management does not respond to concerns, phone calls or emails.
2. Item was replaced without any problems by in-store staff. Staff were friendly, apologetic and more than willing to resolve the problem. However, I had to drive about an hour to get there, which also meant an hour back. Disappointed with management, but very pleased with staff.
