My experience with Sally was awful to say the least. I had to fire her and then she breached confidentiality calling my ex husband to try to get me in trouble for firing her? He had nothing to do with my assessment or mortgage process and she had no right to pull my mortgage details. She is unprofessional bordering on toxic, keep her away from your property. And her fee is 40$ more than the competition.
