Very negative experience! The only good thing about this place is Heidi. Josh, the manager, is useless and rude. The owner doesn’t hold him accountable. A manager should think ahead, make it easy for customers, be accountable when a mistake has been made and recover quickly. Avoiding people, not dealing with problems (thinking they will go away by themselves), not answering emails, not returning phone calls, represents very poor management skills.
Can’t say enough good things about these guys. I’m a manager of a sports shop and judge service pretty aggressively and I’ve had few experiences as good as I have had with these guys.
