Value Village Burquitlam Plaza Shopping Centre

I asked a sale clerk for assistance and she said she is helping someone else and will come back to me. She walked right by me twice and she now was not occupied with anyone else. She forgot about me. Very rude. That same day I bought a CD the cashier didn't tell me that CD's are final sale . I took it home and the CD didn't work. I went back to exchange it and now I was told CD are final sale. I was not pleased . I would like to advise you to not buy CD from value village. Give me Refund
