Jill should not be working as a manager there. The level of disrespect unprofessionalism she has for customers and other staff is unreal. She always smells like alcohol when she is lashing out at someone in a crazed rage swearing at someone. It’s crazy they can’t hire someone that fits the job better? Wow! Just avoid this toxic environment and go elsewhere.

Left my RV there for 1 year, came back to find it infested with rats, it was a write off, then a month after removing it out of storage they took another $226 out of my account. I called and asked why, they said I didn't give them a 30 day written notice I was removing the RV.No,I gave them 5 weeks notice by E-MAIL, to me that would be in writing.?Anyway at $200 a month I had the mirror broken, spare taken off the back, and rat infested leaving our RV here and rude phone person.recomend, NO??

We have been clients at this location for 3 years now not only is the location immaculate the staff go above and beyond to help with anything we must need. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for storage space.
