I haven't had my ...

I haven't had my dog fully groomed with Cate, but I regularly bring my wiggly, fidgety and slightly toothy dog for nail trims and appreciate that she always finds time to fit us in, and does a job I can't do and does it well. It's so easy to leave a bad review and people do t leave positive feedback as often but I want to share that Cate has always been polite and patient with my dog, and I can recommend her.

If there was a 1/...

If there was a 1/4 star, I would give it to this business. Thrice, we have put in our dog to have him groomed and thrice he was come back wanting. It's not as if our was a show dog or anything of that nature, but having to consistently remind a GROOMER to GROOM certain hygienic areas on a dog and having it consistently not done properly, to say nothing of tufts of fur left hither-thither all over the poor thing. I don't know if all groomers in the valley are this inept, but I intend to find out.

Grumpy Groomer.

Don't ever mix up your appointment times with this groomer. She was so rude. We had been return customers even though she forgot to trim our dogs tail before and did not trim his nails at all. We decided to go back. We wrote down the wrong time for the appointment. When we did show up she was down right rude and abrupt. We will never go back.
