I have had many opportunities to get repairs done at Pollard's, it is a small, no nonsense shop willing to go the distance to help you get back on the road. Though it is a small two bay shop that looks a little redneck (the yard is dirt and often muddy and filled with equipment that is not necessarily going in to be repaired...ever!), they put their many years of experience to good use at a reasonable (unlike, say...Stahl Peterbilt or other shops that should provide vaseline to ease the pain of $142.00 per hour plus eight percent 'miscellaneous' charge that they can't figure out how to incorporate into their regular price) hourly rate. A good value for quality work and reasonability. Book in advance, they have a popular customer base!
