It is not a good sign when you would rather deal with a trainee than a so called manager that treats you like your an inconvenience and would rather finish her lunch before she belittles you. How is this store still open. I have not heard a single rave about this place. I have been in there a small handfull of times and was only treated like a customer by the employees. Every experience with this manager has been infuriating. Spend the extra money and drive to lloyd or wainwright.

BEWARE!

I manage cellular accounts for a living & deal with TELUS dealers across western Canada daily. I have never been so dissapointed or disgusted with a dealers 'customer service'. I had called ahead of time to ensure that a promotion would be feesable on my corporate account; unfortunately I was given incorrect information (hey it happens). But when I called back to calmly state that Millcom was providing incorrect information to customers, I was HUNG UP ON!!! My customer mentioned that they were not pleasent to deal with, but I did not relaize how horrible it was going to be! I would not recommend this dealer to anyone under any circumstances! Just horrible!
