    Great Service

    Love these guys they take gret pride in their work and do a great job. My dogs love them.

    Horrible Customer Service

    I didn't even have a chance to get through the intial phone call before being completely turned off by the lack of customer service. I started by describing our dogs - to give the owner a better idea of what she'd be working with, and so she could give an approximate quote, and was cut off immediately with her asking what is it that I wanted done exactly. When I kindly replied that I was getting to that, I was treated to some fairly heavy sighing as though I was wasting her time. Afterward, she flatly told me that she didn't offer anything other than a simple brushing, which I find hard to believe since she is listed as a professional pet groomer with the tag words of 'clipping, washing, grooming.' Apparently she did not want any business, therefore I will ensure that she receives none from me, my family, friends, colleagues, etc.
