My furnace broke down just days before our last cold snap. I had originally called another bigger company first. But after getting shuffled around, and then waiting over four days for someone to call me back I gave up and tried again. This is when a friend referred Randy at Fractal. And I’m thankful he did. Randy was super easy to understand, super nice and efficient. He came out that very day to do an assessment. I had a brand new furnace installed and operational by him the very next day. And
