Very unhappy regarding appointment to apply / port mortgage from London to Okotoks, AB. When phoned to book an appointment , given one for London , Ont instead of Okotoks branch. What the Hay ! I think your Customer Service agent via telephone banking should have a geography test. Will go directly to Branch tomorrow and book there so no misunderstanding. I was booked for 4 pm at Spring bank location in London with Arianne .
