I will not deal with these inadequite people again ! I have tried to order parts from there on two different occasions , both times they say well get back to you and I never heard from them until I called them back , then they tell me they get back to me again AND I NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN !
I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO ELSEWHERE !
Great service, order a number of parts that I needed asap. They had most in Stock and what they didn't have it was ordered and showed up the next day. Will definitely take all my business to them.
Once again I was forced to deal with this business. Needed another part for my yamaha sled. I call 2 days ago for a part, parts person was having trouble finding it, so stated had some customers in the store(appearently they are WAY more important than me), asked if he could deal with the important customers and call me back. THAT was 2 days ago! . Had the same thing happen a month ago, called, was told would call back, I called every day for 5 days, ended up ordering part out of Edmonton.
