When you are using our products, our work is not yet finished. For our shoe shine machines we have the extraordinary long guarantee period of 3 years. We confirm, that all spare parts, belonging to our shoe shine machines, are available for you within a period of 20 years after buying the machine so that it is always possible for you to buy new spare parts and replace the damaged parts within such a long period. For all other products we have a guarantee period of one year. During our guarantee period we will replace all spare parts without invoicing, which are damaged because of faults, which we have made during production.
