We were looking for a specific model of used trailer and they had the only one in Alberta. I spoke with Darren in email and on the phone and he went above and beyond to answer my questions. I made the drive from Calgary to Grande Prarie on Darren’s word that the trailer was in excellent shape and was not disappointed. I found a couple minor issues and they were dealt with under warranty without any hassel. Excelent service and a “make it right attitude!”

Don't waste your time, go some where else.

Me and my wife purchased a Coleman trailer in 2014 from the western RV country dealership in Grand Prairie. Since then we have nothing but problems with the product and the service. I have never been more disgusted by a company, I will not be recommending them, in fact I will deter anyone who has them in mind.
