I am sorry to read that some had a challenging time at this store. When I arrived I thought I was getting a summer student to help me as the gal looked so young. I was SOOOO WRONG. She's been working there 5+ years and knows her stuff! I am not a young bride so we are having a beach wedding and I wanted something to reflect that. I normally wear a size 18 so I am no skinny minney. She found me the ABSOLUTELY PERFECT dress. She was so helpful and knew her product. Go here for your special dress!
Castaspella has awesome dresses by my favourite designer by Maggie Sottero and the selection is huge! I loved my bridal consultant especially. She made me feel like a princess! I will definitely bring my friends here when it's their turn to go wedding gown shopping.
Horrible horrible experience here! I went in on a Friday afternoon with my mom, aunt and one of my bridesmaids to look at some dresses. I was so excited and the lady totally ruined the experience for me, I left so mad I was in tears. She made me feel like we were a total inconvenience to her. My gf and I had our small daughters with us because I'm not from GP, I was just visiting and had no one to watch the kids and the lady was so incredibly rude about it. I am still breastfeeding so my boobs are still huge and I haven't lost all the baby weight yet and she made me feel horrible about it! She pretty much pushed us out the door and didn't even say goodbye! Because of her this store lost out on not only my $2000 dress but 7 bridesmaid dresses, 2 mother dresses and 4 flower girl dresses! I will never set foot back into this store! No wonder they don't allow for reviews on their facebook page! They would all be terrible if they had to deal with the same chick I did!
I had the worst service ever here on Saturday. I traveled 2 hrs to get to my appt. The lady I had for help to find the gown that I would walk down the aisle was completely rude. She wouldn't listen to what I wanted. She also was rude to my bridesmaids when they asked what the price was on a dress. The lady told them in a rude manner just a second as she was untying the dress I had on and I seen in the mirror her lips moving cursing the Lord's name. I left .. with only 6 months left till the wedding day and no dress. That ladies mood killed my mood on finding the dress. My bridesmaids then took me to Calistas. The lady there was respectful.. first dress I put on... ended up being the dress I fell in tears and madly in love with.
This shop is amazing - never expected to find such fine quality gowns and the service by their experienced staff is world-class - I highly recommend it.
Horrible service! We waited for 10 min before someone helped us and we were the only ones in the shop. The lady who helped us treated us as if we were an inconvenience. I will never go back. Customer service needs much improvement.
