do not buy from this builder a repair that should have been dealt with before possession was not this subsequently led into many frustrations

I signed up just ...

I signed up just to leave feedback about this terrible builder. What 'EdmGuy' has said is completely true. Once they have your money, they just don't care about you. I've had nothing but problems with this builder, and I've gotten homes built before. This was by far the worst experience. Terrible customer service, slow or non existent warranty repairs, and they will try to find a way to weasel out of anything they can. Steer clear!!

Terrible Builder

Anyone looking to build a house should steer clear of Park Royal Homes. They nickel and dime throughout the construction process and if you don't comply they will keep the down payment and cancel the contract with you. They don't tell you until after you've paid the down payment that the "standard features" of the show home aren't actually standard and included in the price. Any warranty issues after you move in they will basically try to ignore you until you give up. I have issues from almost a year ago that they said they would take care of right away but after 20+ calls and 50+ emails over 12 months they keep saying they will fix the issues but never do. I'm now looking at a $20,000 bill to resolve the warranty issues. I am extremely dissatisfied with this builder and they don't seem to care at all since they already have my money.
