I had a terrible surprise about the service of this optical. My daughter was under prisms treatment for several years and when happened the last change of glasses THEY DID NOT INCLUDE the prisms on her eyeglasses. This meant, my daughter was using the incorrect treatment for more than one year... this is awful! Who is responding for this?
