You can not find a better realtor than Lyndon! I am an investor, new investor who never thought I could afford or manage doing this. Lyndon educated me, provided me all sorts of options for financing (so creative!) and found the perfect rental property. Not once, not twice but three times! The worst realestate agent I have ever come across. He promised me everything he could think of to get me to list 5 properties and he under delivered. One of the sales failed and he tried his hardest to pocket the entire deposit when he was only entitled to a quarter of it under my agreement. He never returns calls or SMS, he takes holidays half the month, he does't care about you or your property and just wants an easy ride. Do not list with this guy he is useless and he will let you down.
