We had a signed agreement on a new 4Runner and had to wait a couple of months for it to come in. Due to the market the would not give incentives and we agreed to MSRP. Fine, however once the vehicle came in, and at the last moment without prior notice, they demanded a $5K “retainer” if we did not sell them out trade-in (at well below market) or use Toyota financing (at way above market rates) even though it was not in our agreement. We pushed back but they refused to honor their signed deal.
Would not recommend them. I needed to refinance my vehicle purchased from them. I called many times and sent several emails for 2 weeks before I finally heard from them. Information was withheld. I would suggest to ask for hidden terms and conditions. They absolutely do not care once they have your business.
When you are quoted a firm price, you ask for it in writing, it takes 4 days of chasing, and then finally when they put it in writing its gone up around $5k for the SAME vehicle, you know you are dealing a very poor quality company.....

We just bought a certificated Highlander Was really overpriced almost 25٪
Lots of hidden fees when we compared the offer and the bill almost 4800$ transportation fees and extended warranty and other unknown stuff we went back after one week the manager offered us 7200$ less for the same car and offered Rav4 LE for 35000$Mayfield offered 31000$The seller was Jemmi
And the branch manager said we got our money from the bank that’s it the interest is 10,99% for excellen credit
We purchased a RAV4 today and quite enjoyed the process. Our salesman Michael D. was a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering the purchase of a vehicle.
