Initial contact made through the website. I got a quick response with what seemed to be a blanket email with contract and information attached. Took several days to actually talk with somebody and ask a few questions. Once we wanted to set up an appointment I left two voicemails and two emails and all went un-answered. When I called the office to escalate my inquiry I got the run around and wasn't able to get contact information for another agent in the office. Wrote them off!
