I brought my wedding gown here to be altered. It needed to be taken in and the cup size decreased. The ladies here took out the fabric behind the lace after I told them I want to keep it. They left a small portion of fabric behind the lace which was obvious. They didn’t listen to the neckline I wanted and everything was crooked. It took a total of 5 fittings to get it somewhat acceptable. My wedding is a week away. The store was always messy. It was a terrible experience.
