Overcharging by at least 400%, dishonest business practices, hidden fees, horrible service, rediculous fees for quotes (over $300) and they will not tell you up front what they charge.
Avoid at all costs.
Attempted to return a mislabeled garage door spring. DERRICK THREATTENED ME TO PUNCH me in the face if I didn't leave. I attempted to reason with him, and his response was "I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU" He made a couple more phone calls and lastly told me that he could sell me a new correct Right spring.
NO, I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE. There are better ways to handle returns.
