I started going to this clinic 5 years ago when I was upset and seeking a second opinion about the options available for by 13 year old dog. Dr. Sandhu saw me right away and was honest about what options were available to my baby. She lives a couple more years. The vets are always willing to take the time to explain the options and do not pressure you into things that are not necessary or that you can’t afford.

Excellent doctors

We recently moved from Ontario with our two pets. We thought we had a good vet in Ontario-but the vets at copperfield vet-Drs A and R Sandhu are amazing-they have provided amazing care to our pets, answered all our questions, guided us through diagnostics and at times helped us take difficult decisions. We were helped, no matter whether we called 11.00am in the morning or 11.00pm in the middle of night. When our pet was admitted to an emergency hospital, Dr Sandhu remained in contact with us the entire time and helped us with all our decisions. Would absolutly recommend them to all our family and friends.

HORRIBLE

This vet clinic is horribly uneducated, rude and unprofessional. I took my limping lab who was in horrible pain to them. They recommended xrays. Was told to pick up at a certain time. Went to pick up was told by reception more xrays were needed to and to come back again. I came back and the vet told me they weren't sure what was wrong and admitted they weren't properly trained to read x-rays(would have been nice to know this before I agreed to x-rays). They wouldn't even give me the xrays to bring to a qualified vet. $400 later, my dog is still in pain, I don't have any answers and when I got angry the owner Dr. A Sandhu told me I wasn't welcome back..and with in minutes she argued with another patron and told her she wasn't welcome either.

Amazing vet

I have been taking my dogs to Dr Sandhu for last three years, he is very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. He always gives us enough time to ask all the concerns we have. The staff are also very caring and treat our pets as their own. Absolutly recommend him to all.

Please do not bring your pet here - especially if your animal is sick. I strongly encourage you to bring your pet elsewhere.
