Lost a part to my snowblower carb. Other locations recommended a full carb kit…. Brothers two went to the back and found me the specific part from another machine at a fraction of the cost. Customer service at its finest.
Awesome service found my parts and very friendly
Brought in a snowblower for warranty repair as this is the required severice Center. 4 parts were worn and needed replacement under warranty. Only 1 part was replaced, a simple drive belt. When I asked why the others weren’t replaced the service person said they have to careful about charging the warranty insurance. Yet he’d had now problem charging $250 in labor to change 1 belt. Service person is extremely lazy and won’t fix parts that are actually worn.
I had a minor problem with a trimmer which was fixed while I waited. Thats not the good part. The good part is that the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the service - well, it just does not get better. Period. That matters to me so HOORAH Brothers Two. Thank you.

I required a drive belt for my Husqvarna lawn tractor, Main dealers could not get on for over a week. Brothers 2 obtained 1 in 4 days. The staff on the desk could not do enough for you. I will defiantly be going back to visit them. So refreshing to have good service.
I just got my new Stihl chainsaw from here. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be honest, I've never owned a chainsaw before and they took the time to teach me everything I needed to know.(and trust me there was a ton of stupid questions lol)

Called them and the daud they were closed at 13:00 but it was 12:35 and 37km away(you do the math) I asked if they would wait for me and they were gratious enough to temain open so i could get my B'nS snow machine back on line. Very happy with the service stock avalibity and help. Very happy today.
Great customer service, with a lot of parts in stock. Was in and out with everything i needed in 15 mins. Will definitely return when i need more parts or service.
I took my Toro Trimmer to Brothers as they were a Toro Dealer. I decided to leave it there over the winter as I did not need it, but when I called to say I was coming to pick it up, they said they had already tossed it in the trash - they did not even think to call me. On the call, they made it sound like it was all my fault and will not replace it. You have been warned.

The unit was not worth repairing as you were aware and it would be nice to be able to keep customers unit that are not worth repairing for over 9 months. Which is how long your unit was left. We just do not have the storage facility. The unit was recycled not thrown in the trash. I would be more than happy to help you out with a trimmer, but I can not replace a trimmer as you wanted in place of a unit that was not worth repairing. 9 month is a very long time.
After being to a few different shop in Calgary and feeling like i was getting the cold sholdher. A friend of mine recommended me to go to Brothers Two. The moment i walked in i was greeted by the front counter staff. They answered all my question. In the end i walked out a happy customer with a new chain saw in hand. They are now the only business i will go to for my yard care needs. Thanks you to all of the staff at Brothers Two

Jim, Linda and Kim provide excellent customer service. The moment i walk in they are greeting me and answering any question i have. The tech in the back do an awesome job. I have never had an issue with any of my equipment that they have worked on. I suggest to all of my family and friends to bring their equipment to Brothers two. It is the only shop i trust to work on my equipment. I will only buy my equipment from them. They have left a great impression on me and look forward to going in soon to buy new yard equipment from them.
We took our tiller in for a carb problem. Came out with a bill over 300.00 for work that is questionable. Engine serviced faithfully and unit stored inside. Oil sample that was offered to justify extra labour and parts clearly showed water contamination. When approached, manager claims that is how it came out of our engine. Oil was fresh 1 week prior to dropping off. Where did the water come from??? No call for authorization of extra repairs....about 200 more than anticipated. USE WITH CAUTION

I'm sorry you were unhappy with our service. We did not put the water in the oil and we were unable to start try and start the unit with contaminated oil due to engine damage. We would have glady supplied an estimate to you if you had requested one. If no estimate is requested we use our own judgement for the value of the unit. Unfortuneatley your anticipation of the cost for the repair was yours and did not represent the problems or conditions of your unit. We have been in business for 22 years and try to make the best decision for our customers and have been very sucessful with that.
