Very inexperienced and rude!

Very unfriendly, parts are very poor, only lasted a week and when I went back to get replacement he was very unhelpful and not willing to replace screen even though he states a one year warranty, won't recommend to anybody, will go to the place in the mall, they were very heartfelt to my situation!
