Extremely Unprofessional
Got my haircut by Lauren and she did not do what I asked or even close. When I called to make an appointment to correct the mess, they avoided all my calls and messages. I called with a different number, only to be hung up on by Austin when I asked for another stylist this time. Upon looking Austin up , I found out he is the owner, which is absolutely unacceptable from any business and should not be taken lightly.
